Following a loft conversion of this investment property, Dudley Building Control required fire suppression to be installed to the ground floor habitable rooms due to a fire protected escape route being impractical to install.

Automist® was chosen as the preferred water mist system to protect the ground floor habitable rooms of this property due to Firemist being able to offer a turnkey installation without the need for other trades to be arranged.

The high powered Automist® pump was installed under the stairs and two intelligent wall mounted spray heads were installed to the ground floor rooms that form the escape route.

Firemist installed this Automist® system as a turnkey installation, removing the requirements for any other trades to attend the site for the purpose of installing. The system was installed to our high standards of workmanship and satisfies the requirements of building control for this loft converted property.
