Time Place Zinfandel 2017 750ml wine Note the fine balance betweenA perfect spectrum of all the flavors Zinfandel can express, this wine offers more herbal savory fruit flavors, like dried pomegranate, licorice, white pepper, rosemary and bay sage, all punctuated by a dollop of fresh strawberry jam in the mid palate. Destemmed, stainless tank fermented with gentle pumpovers twice daily, indigenous primary and secondary fermentations, aged in 10% 2 year old French oak barrels for 8 months sur lees.
