As it is energetic Mangroves conjure up images ofArtwork Statement Landscape series The Landscape Series began during the COVID 19 lockdowns, when movement was limited and the outside world could only be reached through a screen. Traveling virtually through Google Maps, I collected fragments of distant streets and towns, reimagining them through memory, emotion, and color. Each painting captures a sense of connection and distancequiet streets lined with houses that seem close, yet untouched.
