After BALDRY, DEAN joined KEITH TIPPETT and recorded two albums in the sixties for Vertigo Label. In 1969 he joined SOFT MACHINE, with the legendary line up of ROBERT WYATT, HUGH HOPPER, and MIKE RATLEDGE, and played on the bands finest recordings.
