Dreissigacker Riesling Ireland refreshing and fruity with finesseTasting Notes The Riesling is aromatic and extremely fruity. Grapes were hand picked, with maceration for up to 18 hours and spontaneous fermentation with 10% aged in wooden barrels and 90% in stainless steel. This is a light wine, little effervescent, a fervent lemon crisp, white peaches and stone fruit aromas with high refreshing acidity. Pale yellow colour with green reflexes, a nose full of ripe fruit aromas of citrus, apricot & light spice notes
