it has a lovely design of starfish screened on it from top to bottom

The skirt flows to the ground and adds to the feeling of lightness and romance

Each sleeve has a silk insert that I think was added but I am leaving as it works

Freis dresses tend to be the same sort of gypsy style a loose bodice and full sleeves with a tie at the neck. The waist is a wide elastic gathered band so the fit is crazy easy and comfortable. The skirt is full from there and has lots of fabric. I loved this one in particular for its pretty inset panel skirt a detail I have not seen on one of her
