That front is cleverly constructed to sit off side - I think this is how it is meant to be worn but you could really play with the top - the two panels at the back have a small ribbon of fabric that holds them together and I think you could adjust this so the top fits you to perfection once you decide how you want it to be worn

Note the cut is full through the body but the shoulders are narrow - I did not pin it on my size small mannequin - you can see it is still generous in the body

This is a lovely and versatile dress with just spectacular pleat work done to it

A ruffled chiffon edging circles the entire interior hems edge - I think this and the feathers were added at a later date but are well done and it looks fabulous so its left as obtained

The pattern is fantastic part of the pink is a deeper tone and slightly puffed to it has a pretty, textured effect. The upper bodice is sleeveless and cut in A V at the front.
